School Education Department issue the Notification for Winter Vacations 2024. These winter vacation started from December 23,2024. This year notification issued many times in Punjab. There is also large number of fake notifications circulated on WhatsApp groups. Teachers and Student community fully confused about winter vacation 2024.
So today School Education Department issued notification for winter vacations 2024-2025. According to this notification all public and private schools remains closed from December 23,2024.
These public and private schools will reopen on January 13,2025. During this vacation all school heads, Clerk and Class-4 employees remains present in schools from 08:30am to 02:45pm.
NO.SO(ACAD-I)1-31/2022: Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority, it is hereby notified that Winter Vacations in all Public and Private Schools in the Province of Punjab shall be observed with effect from 23.12.2024 (Monday) to 10.01.2025 (Friday). All schools shall re-open on Monday, 13th January 2025. 2. Chief Executive Officers (DEA) concerned are directed to ensure compliance of the orders.
